  • To what extent may the documents/designs created by Lovely Enterprises & Consulting (formerly Stuckey Business Consulting), be used?
    Usage and Licensing Notice All documents and designs provided by Lovely Enterprises & Consulting may only be used for your academic, personal, or professional purposes. These commissioned works may not be resold for profit. No extended license is granted for commercial resale or unauthorized commercial usage of resume designs, website designs, flyers, or any other digital content and formats provided. All original compositions produced by Lovely Compositions & Designs will be registered with the Library of Congress under Lovely Enterprises Incorporated.
  • How will my final documents/project be delivered?
    Final documents will be delivered in various ways, depending on your project type. Professional composition and editing projects are typically delivered electronically in .PDF, .DOC, or .DOCX formats. Graphic design and marketing materials may be delivered via Google Drive or email in a ZIP file. Website design drafts are provided through temporary URLs for your review and feedback. Other available file formats include: CSV .HTM or HTML .PPT or PPTX .RTF Specifics regarding your project's final delivery method will be discussed during your preliminary consultation and project kickoff meeting. Printed copies can also be requested for an additional fee.
  • How much should I expect to pay for my project?
    The cost of your project will vary depending on the scope and the specific consultative services you require. At a minimum, you can expect to pay around $45, while more extensive projects may exceed $8,000. You'll receive a detailed, personalized quote at the conclusion of your initial consultation. Please note that a deposit will be required before work begins on your project, with the remaining balance due immediately upon signing your Statement of Work contract (if applicable).   • What is your refund policy?
    Before your project officially begins, you'll have undergone at least two preliminary consultations to ensure a thorough understanding of your project's needs and objectives. You will receive a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) tailored specifically to your project, outlining the plan, timeline, and deliverables. You must sign and return the SOW along with a required deposit before project commencement. Due to the extensive, complimentary preliminary work invested prior to project kickoff, refunds are generally not available if you decide to terminate your project after paying a deposit or any portion of the balance. Refund Exceptions: Lovely Enterprises & Consulting, formerly known as Stuckey Business Consulting, will issue refunds in the rare case of extenuating circumstances. This includes situations where we are unable or fail to complete any portion of your project as outlined in your signed SOW. For instance, if your website is hosted on the WIX platform and a technical issue prevents us from completing your website build, a full refund will be issued. Similarly, if we fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline without prior notice, you will be eligible for a refund. Digital Products: Please note that no refunds are permitted for digital products such as resume and menu templates. Each template comes with detailed instructions on how you can edit them yourself. Once payment is received and you've downloaded the zip file, refunds will not be granted. Thank you for understanding.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Lovely Enterprises & Consulting is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays are reserved for client and administrative tasks.
